Sulfides mainly include hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, thiol, sulfide, etc., and have the characteristics of easy adsorption, strong chemical activity, and easy decomposition. The HPGC-1000S sulfide online monitoring system independently developed by Hops uses a high-performance FPD detector with a detection limit of ppb level. The product can effectively separate and accurately measure various sulfides (hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, dimethyl disulfide, sulfur).

Product principle

The system adopts negative pressure sampling and high-temperature tracing throughout the process to ensure that the sample gas does not condense. After passing through the high-temperature pretreatment unit, the sample gas enters the analyzer. Sulfides are separated by blowing the carrier gas into the analysis column and then sequentially enter the flame photometric detector (FPD) for detection. The external standard method is used to accurately achieve qualitative analysis of sulfides, and accurate quantification of sulfides is achieved based on peak area.
