It has the characteristics of platformization, miniaturization, modularity, and intelligence.Kaiming Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. has developed a self-developed visual module to accurately determine the endpoint of titration based on its titration principle. The total alkali online monitoring analyzer displays the content of total alkali and free alkali. Depending on the actual situation, one can choose between using a visual module or an electrode potential sensor to determine the endpoint of titration.

By using HCl standard solution for titration, phenolphthalein and methyl orange are selected as indicators based on the changes in pH value during the titration process. Firstly, using phenolphthalein as an indicator, record the volume V1 of hydrochloric acid standard solution consumed when the solution changes from red to colorless. Then, using methyl orange as an indicator, record the volume V2 of hydrochloric acid standard solution consumed when the solution changes from yellow to orange. Based on the values of V1 and V2, the composition of the sample can be determined and the content of each component in the mixed alkali can be calculated.Technical parameter
