Determined by the disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid titration method. The measurement principle is to use calcium carboxylic acid as an indicator under pH (12-13) conditions. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-2Na) forms a complex with calcium ions in water, and the solution changes from purple red to blue as the endpoint.
