The KMW-830 total phosphorus water quality analyzer is a new generation water quality analyzer product independently developed by Kaiming Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. It has the characteristics of platformization, miniaturization, modularity, and intelligence. The instrument adopts the national standard GB 11893-89 "Determination of total phosphorus in water quality: ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method" as the detection principle, and can quickly and accurately measure the concentration value of total phosphorus in water quality.

After high-temperature digestion, the tested water sample reacts with orthophosphate, ammonium molybdate, and potassium antimony tartrate under acidic conditions to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is then reduced by a reducing agent to form a blue complex (phosphomolybdic blue). The degree of color change is proportional to the content of reducing substances in the water sample. The analyzer detects this color change and converts it into the value of total phosphorus output.
