The KMW-620 total manganese water quality analyzer is a new generation water quality analyzer product independently developed by Kaiming Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. It has the characteristics of platformization, miniaturization, modularity, and intelligence. The instrument adopts the national standard HJ/T 344-2007 "Determination of Manganese in Water Quality: Formaldehyde Oxime spectrophotometric method" as the detection principle, which can quickly and accurately measure the concentration of total manganese in water quality.

The water sample to be tested undergoes catalytic digestion with silver nitrate, which oxidizes the total manganese in the water into purple heptavalent manganese ions. The color is proportional to the concentration, and the analyzer detects the change in color and converts it into the value of total manganese for output.
